Mahalapu Floats, 1997 Performance Kauai, Hawaii Japanese fishing floats were filled with chemiluminescent fluid and floated en-masse down a stream back into the ocean from where they were last found.
A timed exposure of the glass floats as they decended down the stream into the ocean.
